Recently most, if not all, of us received this letter about an upcoming Planning Commission meeting and Open House from Duke Realty. Below is the text of that letter. We strongly encourage anyone who has questions about the development along Wayzata Blvd. and Park attend one or both of these events to learn more about it. A PDF scan of the actual letter can be downloaded here.

Dear Neighbors:
Duke Realty is redeveloping approximately 35 acres at the southwest quadrant of Hwy 394 and Hwy 100 with a new retail lifestyle center and a premier Class A office development. As you are aware the retail project is well underway and will be opening in September of 2009.

We have updated and improved the plans based on feedback from the City of Golden Valley staff and council, the City of St Louis Park staff and council, and local resident input. The tentative dates for the first public hearings are:
St Louis Park Tuesday January 21st 2009 Planning Commission
Golden Valley Monday January 26th 2009 Planning Commission
Prior to the Planning Commission meetings, Duke Realty would like to meet with you at a:
